Xceleration Travel Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Sponsor: Xceleration Partners, LLC, 2228 Thrift Road, Charlotte, NC, 28208

1. Eligibility:

This sweepstakes is open only to attendees of “People First: Reimagining Talent and Rewards” conference held October 16-17, 2025, who are:

  • Legal residents of the United States
  • 18 years of age or older at time of entry
  • Physically present at the conference during the entry period

EXCLUDED FROM PARTICIPATION: Employees, officers, and directors of Xceleration Partners, LLC, The Conference Board, and their respective affiliates, sponsors, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members of each are not eligible to participate.

2. Sweepstakes Period:

Entry period begins at 8:00 AM ET on October 16, 2025, and ends at 11:00 AM ET on October 17, 2025.

3. How to Enter:

To enter, complete and submit an official entry form at the Xceleration booth during the conference. Each eligible person may enter only once during the sweepstakes period. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. Prize:

One (1) Grand Prize:

  • A luxury travel package, Moments, valued at Four Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars ($4,999) provided through LuxuryConciergeTravel.com.

Prize Details:

  • Winner may select from Tier 1 destinations available at luxuryconciergetravel.com/destinations/
  • Package includes travel concierge services, accommodations, and activities as detailed in the prize provider’s terms and conditions
  • Complete prize terms and conditions available at luxuryconciergetravel.com/terms-and-conditions/
  • Prize must be redeemed within 12 months of winner notification
  • Travel must be completed within 18 months of winner notification
  • Prize is based on double occupancy for two adults
  • Winner is responsible for all costs exceeding the prize value
  • Winner is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents

Prize Restrictions:

  • Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except by Sponsor
  • No cash alternative or cash redemption available
  • Unused portions of prize have no cash value and will be forfeited
  • All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on October 17, 2025, at approximately 12:00 PM ET during the Final Remarks session of the conference.

The winner will be announced publicly at the conference and must be present to claim the prize. If the selected winner is not present, a new winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

6. Winner Requirements:

The winner must:

  • Be present at the time of the drawing to claim the prize
  • Complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification
  • Provide valid identification and tax information as required

Failure to comply with these requirements will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Tax Obligations:

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. The prize value of $4,999 will be reported to the IRS and the winner on Form 1099-MISC as required by law. Winner should consult with their tax advisor regarding tax implications.

8. General Conditions:

By entering, participants agree to:

  • Be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor
  • Release and hold harmless Sponsor, The Conference Board, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions arising from participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize
  • Allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, voice, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited by law)

9. Limitations of Liability:

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected entries
  • Technical failures, network congestions, or any other technical problems
  • Any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused by participation in this sweepstakes
  • Any printing or typographical errors in these rules or other sweepstakes materials

10. Disputes:

Any disputes arising from this sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of North Carolina. By participating, entrants agree that any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of North Carolina.

11. Privacy:

Personal information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy and may be used for future marketing communications. Participants may opt out of future communications at any time.

12. Winner’s List:

For the name of the winner (available after November 1, 2025), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Xceleration Travel Sweepstakes Winner, 2228 Thrift Road, Charlotte, NC, 28208.
